November Goals

November 7, 2017

I've had an average November so far, nothing amazing to report as of right now, but I have found myself wanting to make a few changes because I haven't really been feeling like "myself" as of late. There really isn't 1 specific reason, I don't think, more so, I've just been feeling as though there are lot of improvements I can make and a lot more realistic goals I should set for myself that I really believe can give me a bit of a reboot.

It's easy to get overwhelmed when trying to juggle a million and one different things at a time, so I thought in jotting down a few things I am hoping to work on or achieve this month (but not just limited to the month of November) it can serve as a bit of motivation to help redirect me when I'm feeling lost.

1. Producing more content. Lately I've been keeping up with posts (for the most part), trying to have weekly content- whether that be in blog posts or videos (or both). I have been trying my best to stay consistent and I just want to keep pushing myself to improve and produce higher quality content each and every time. Working on videos and blog posts is also such a huge de-stresser for me, I have so much fun doing it, so I'll really try my best to continue to carve out some time for it!

2. Working out! I really need to get back to the gym. I always feel so much better once I get into the routine of working out, I feel stronger and healthier, I have so much more energy, but I've been feeling quite unmotivated lately. The last thing I want to do after a long day of working and being on my feet, is having to drag myself to a gym, especially if there's dinner to be made or chores to take care of. This has been my biggest struggle, but I'm hoping to change this, so wish me the best of luck...

3. Trying new recipes. Obviously you guys know how much I love eating, but I also love cooking. The problem is, I often find myself reverting to the same few dishes week after week because it's easy and familiar. I want to try something new, spice things up, especially with Thanksgiving coming up (even though I don't really celebrate it) it would be a nice opportunity for me to try making a few dishes I've never done before!

4. Visiting new places. I'm always visiting new restaurants and that tends to take me all over town, but when it comes to exploring the city and finding fun little activities/locations, I don't venture out as much. I'm definitely going to change this because I want to sort of push myself out of my comfort zone, and see and experience new things.

Well, that's my little list for this month! These are my current goals that I am hoping to achieve by the end of November and continue on with for as long as I am able. Do let me know if any of you have any goals you have gone ahead and set for yourself!

xoxo
