Wishing You a Very Warm Diwali

I know this may not be the Diwali-inspired makeup you might expect because I know when I think of festive makeup, my mind immediately goes to super dramatic, colourful eyes. Sure this may not be the expected striking, heavily contoured look, but I wanted to start off my Diwali tuts (aka tutorials) with something softer, more romantic if you will, and of course, incredibly easy to recreate! 

I will definitely try to get at least 2 other Diwali makeup looks up for you guys before the end of next week (so long as I find the time to squeeze this in) and I'll be sure to amp up the colours and the drama!

If you do not celebrate Diwali, no worries! I think this look would be appropriate for any festive occasion- perhaps Eid, a wedding, maybe even prom?! If nothing else, at least it can serve as an easy glam Fall look to sport around town.
